Virtual Skills Training: Equipping Future Virtual Assistants
On January 25, 2025, a Virtual Skills Training session was successfully held at the Shechem Room of UCCP Shalom Center Davao. This event was a stepping stone for individuals looking to enter the world of virtual assistance, providing them with foundational knowledge to kickstart their journey.
The session was led by Jen Caña, an experienced resource person who shared valuable insights into the Introduction to Virtual Assistance. Attendees gained a better understanding of the skills required to thrive in the industry, including administrative support, communication strategies, and digital tools essential for remote work.
A total of 30 participants attended the training, eager to learn and explore opportunities in the virtual workspace. The interactive discussion allowed them to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with like-minded individuals who are also interested in becoming Virtual Assistants (VAs).
